About US

 Centurion has been in business since May of 1997, when we arose like a phoenix, out of the ashes of another company that had crashed and burned. When we began, there were only 11 officers and we were providing about 300 hours of service a week, by 2007 we had grown to about 7 times those numbers, providing over 2100 hours of service a week and employing about 65 full and part time officers.

Centurion's Founders, Tom and Joyce Refshauge, attribute the hard work, faith and attention of their employees to customer service as the basis for their success thus far.

The Centurion Security Company enjoys a well-earned reputation as being the most pro -active security company in NW. Arkansas. Our credibility and quality service keep our customers returning and referring other business to us.

Based in Rogers, Arkansas, Centurion's officers are comprised of former
military, law enforcement and experienced security personnel, as well as folks from a variety of different backgrounds.

Centurion encourages their officers to partake in a broad range of training opportunities. We have an extensive video training library.  We have also trained with a Rogers Police Department Training Instructor, on officer safety, usage of non-lethal weapons (baton & pepper spray). Also we have been tested on judgment and reaction times with the use of force video training scenarios at the laser range.

We have on staff a certified CPR/AED First Aid Instructor who teaches our officers regularly a module on recognizing and coping with workplace violence.

We have trained our officers on report writing, Legal authority, rules and regulations (Act 429) which govern security in Arkansas, hospitality and customer service, and loss prevention---all to encourage value added service by our officers.

Our team of dedicated officers regularly demonstrate a willingness to "go the extra mile" for our customers, also our customers "customers" their fellow officers and The Centurion Security Company.
